Objective: The purpose of this research is to understand the change in food consumption patterns consumers organic especially after pandemic. Theoretical framework: This study draws suggestions from attitude-behaviour relationship model. internal factors are - attitudes towards local food, and supporting economy, while external high price trust issues related food. Method: Data was quantitatively analysed using multiple regression SPSS. A seven point Likert scale considered measure responses a Cronbach alpha score 0.8 indicated that constructs were reliable. Results conclusion: findings suggest who have an attitude support economy positive intention purchase. Also positively influence purchase Implications research: uncovers changes pattern during COVID-19 has affected people financially too affordability become key.
